What data may be collected

If you email Eshmere, the information may include your company name, business email address, role or department if provided, message content, website or company information you share, and notes from a Microsoft Teams conversation if a meeting is agreed.

Please do not send confidential tender documents, legal documents, financial records, or sensitive client information in a first email.

Why data may be used

Eshmere may use business contact information to respond to enquiries, assess whether its service may be relevant, prepare for a requested Microsoft Teams call, keep a basic business relationship record, and respect opt-out or do-not-contact requests.

B2B outreach and opt-out

If Eshmere contacts your company and the message is not relevant, you can reply with "remove" or "no further contact". Eshmere will mark the company as do not contact for outreach purposes and stop follow-ups.

AI-assisted workflow note

Eshmere uses AI tools to support research, summarisation, drafting, and organisation. AI does not independently approve client decisions, submit tenders, make legal promises, or replace professional legal, tax, or procurement advice.

Confidentiality note

Eshmere treats business documents and procurement information as confidential when shared for an agreed pilot or client engagement. Sensitive documents should only be shared after scope, access, storage, retention, and data-handling expectations are agreed.
